This was one amazing wedding. Cortney and Tim were married at the Pensione Nichols in Belltown, and their reception followed at 94 Stewart. Their event was intimate, with only around 20 guests. I fell in love instantly with the Pensione; the details were amazing and so much fun to photograph.
I love this shot of Cortney and Tim in their suite before they started getting ready. Don’t they look so genuinely excited?
The details involved in Cortney’s outfit were stunning. From her birdcage veil to her great-grandmother’s pearls – everything was gorgeous.
Yee-yow! Doesn’t she look amazing?
The guys also looked smashing!
The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. The air was crisp and the turned leaves and Pike Place Market created the perfect setting for portraits.
This is one of my favorite shots of their whole event. Perfection!
Check them out behind the counter where they throw fish!
The wedding party.
Recognize anyone?????? 😀 😀 😀 Yep, we passed him and he agreed to be in a photo with the starstruck bride and her groom.
Then it was back to the Pensione for the ceremony.
Cortney and Tim’s guests lit sparklers for them to run through on their way to the reception. So festive!
The reception was perfectly done. One big table complete with candles and flowers.
I love Cortney’s expression during one of the toasts.
We snuck into the back hallway for a few more fun portraits. Every wedding needs a little robot dancing. 🙂
