Joslyn and Kash. What can I say? They just ooze cool. She’s an architect, he’s a graphic designer. They have artists’ eyes and had a very clear vision of what they wanted out of their wedding photography. I was delighted to be such a great match with them, as they were an absolute blast to work with.
Joslyn and Kash got ready at the Red Lion hotel in downtown Seattle. They got the presidential suite, which had a view that was to-die-for.
I’m absolutely nutty about this portrait of Kash. Ben knocked it out of the park with his getting ready shots.
Joslyn’s details were so beautiful, and so HER. The photo pendant of her grandfather was so sweet.
And did I mention that she’s absolutely beautiful?
We did our bridal party and couple photos in Occidental Square. I loved how urban and grungy it was, and the graffiti totally rocked.
My first favorite portrait (I couldn’t narrow it down to just one):
The ceremony and reception were held at the Hall at Fauntleroy. Joslyn’s vision was perfectly executed. I loved the whimsy of the paper lanterns surrounding the arch!
A quick wave to the guests before the ceremony.
The moment between father and daughter right before walking down the aisle is always so poignant. A jumble of nerves and excitement.
The reception was beautifully decorated with more paper lanterns, pink uplights, candles and flowers. Perfection!
And I’ll leave you with a shot that makes me laugh out loud. I love Grandma’s expression!
